Jeff.. This explanation on how to build a bow is probably the clearest I've seen. Excellent work!
I have made my first riser for a spare pare of limbs that I have and loved the experience. This article of your has now given me the confidence to build my own bow. Thanks for that. And thanks to erron for posting.
P.S. I was wondering if you can tell me where you buy the 2 part epoxy and bow fibreglass. Thanks

Nice build along, looks like a good one to try. I've been thinking about trying to make a bamboo longbow for awhile now. it looks a little easier then i thought. might have to give this a go.
Now if i can only convince my wife to let me turn the spare room into a bowyers shed...
