Korean Traditional Bow;

Have any bowyers attempted to make one of these types of bows using modern materials such as fibreglass and bamboo?

Knowing how thick to make the core and degree of taper if any is a completely unknown factor. Possibly a short tapered section through the grip area would act like fade outs.

Making a form to glue the laminations together should not be an issue.

"And you must not stick for a groat or twelvepence more than another man would give, if it be a good bow.
For a good bow twice paid for, is better than an ill bow once broken.
