First time cresting arrows that are now better than me...

Where to source materials etc. Also the place to show off your new bow or quiver etc.... Making things belongs in Traditional Crafts.

#1 Post by Abaci » Thu Aug 16, 2007 12:06 pm

I finally got around to finishing off my new weight matched, spined arrows...

So now I'm ready for Dunolly... see some of you there.

Hi Abaci, they look almost to good to use, I like your colour selections.
Can you make the photos a bit smaller otherwise people with the slow computers wont be able to look at them. :) Steve

They look nice Abaci. 8)

How did you do the little dragons in the crest, were they done freehand?

I'm sure that you will be a tough competitor at Dunolly.

See you there!!

Mick
There is no use focusing on aiming if you don't execute the shot well enough to hit what your are aiming at.

Sorry but I can't change the size as the photo's i have have decided to disagree with my computer...

If you're at Dunolly though you can see them in person.

Mick, they were hand painted dragons with the yellow undercoat spray painted on and the rest of the colours painted on with a brush using painters masking tape for the lines.
