I picked up my new longbow on the weekend which Big Bob had made for me,it sure does shoot well and once again Bob has come up with a very good looking bow,and perhaps he could post some pix on here if I ask nicely,so how about you old bugger

You've got the bow so you will have to do it!!! If you are a bit shy I might have a few shots on file, but they might not be great shots. :Bow

Crikey, that is a nice bow. I like the extra laminations on the belly fades! Does that have the double effect of sneaking a bit more mass into the riser, as well as looking great?

Thanks Sabinus, I'm very happy with it, it's certainly dead in the hand so I guess the extra weight in the riser did the job. Once again Bob has excelled himself. cheers kerry

Thanks for the kind words fellas! Sabinus, I would imagine it does provide a little more mass to the riser and consequently absorb a little more of any 'unspent' energy not utilised by string, although its main use is cosmetic.
