Vegetable Oil, the smallest smidge on your Finger and rub it in briskly. No need for expensive stuff like Leather Conditioners or the likes of Neatsfoot Oil.

Yep vege oil is good , have used it on saddles , bridles etc when working in the horse industry , I normally put whatever item out in the sun for a little bit to warm up and open the pores of the leather and can watch the oil disappear into it straight away.

I use mutton fat. I was told to use that on my stock whip when I was a kid, and I still do, and that is on my quiver too.
