Fastflight on older bows

#1 Post by matt61 » Thu May 05, 2016 12:08 pm

I am thinking about making a Fastflight string for an older Recurve I have and padding the loops.
Has anyone done this and what did you pad the loops with, either more Fastflight or strands of Dacron.
I have made padded loop Dacron strings before. Or is it not worth the risk for what you gain and the bow I have is rare as rocking horse droppings and no longer made.
thanks
Matt
