have used it but think it's a bit fiddly. I just use super glue these days.

Used it for Years when I was making fancy Crested Arrows. Heartbreaking to have a purdy Crest and destroy it when re-fletching. I put the Feather in a Fletching Jig Clamp and rolled it on.

I have tried it a few times but never had any luck with the feathers staying put. Glue is the best.

I use it all the time it's a great product,I always put a dab of fletchtite on the front of the fletch.
Don't use Super glue as it seems to neutralise the adhesive on the tape

Hi All, I have used it for more than 5 years and I can honestly say that I have had only 2 or three issues and that was down to high humidity. I now use plain white wraps on my arrows and have been doing so for around 3 years they also crest well.
The tape goes on easy and you can shoot your arrows straight away

I like it, you just have to be careful about leaving fingerprints on the shaft where the tape is to be applied, it will come away if not clean. I always wipe down with acetone.

Don't forget a blob of superglue or fletch-tite front and rear hen you are finished though.

Always used glue for years. Started using fletch tape about 2 years ago. After fletching one arrow thought it was a waste of time, by the time I did the third arrow I was a convert and would not go back to glue if I could help it.

I have been using it for a while now and have not had any issues with the tape coming off, a little tap of fletchtite on each end works a treat. If people can get the tape to stick, they must be doing something wrong. The tape works well on arrow wrap.

Hey Greenarrow,

I think the only trap people fall into when using tape, is that they stretch the tape when applying it to the fletch.... this generally causes it to lift or pull up later on down the track.
