Muz Bow #2

#1 Post by Muz1970 » Wed Jul 08, 2015 9:08 pm

So I glued up my 2nd attempt on the weekend and have all but finished it off, just needs striker plate and some string serving.
Its 58" long and came in at 26lb @ 31". I bought some Western Red Cedar which I made into the veneers and used Coconut Palm for the riser and tips.

Should be good for whistling Foxes up close.

I can't wait to have a shoot with it tomorrow arvo.

Thanks people. Just been shooting it with my 31" draw and I'm happy with the results. Definitely taking it out on foxes.

Just needs some lighter spined arrows. My lightest are 400 spine and weigh 430gn. Even still its fun to shoot.

Cheers Muz
