Arrow Lube

Hi guys,
Wondering what others out there in trad world use for arrow lube to make it easier to pull arrows from targets?

carbon aluminium I rub the arrow shaft with a cake of soap. That works fine for me.I know some ppl use wd40 spray. Woods I don't use any fink.

On Timber Arrows Spray on Tyre Shine on the pointy end before each 3D Round works well.

I have used Inox on alloys and woods but normally on the woods I don't use anything.
