My New Huntsman Bow...

#1 Post by Guy Layton » Sat Jul 14, 2012 2:15 pm

Hi guy's,

I thought some of you would like to have a look at my new Huntsman Bow by Mark Kimber... 8)

The bow specs are as follows:

* 62 inches long.
* 57# @ 28''.
* Macassar ebony riser, limbs and overlays.
* Gaboon ebony limb tips.

I really must make mention that Mark Kimber and his bow building abilities have been second to none in my opinion... I just can’t commend this guy’s craftsmanship and attention to detail highly enough... the whole way through this bow build, I was constantly updated via email, phone conversation and even to the point of regular progress pictures throughout the build... This guy is what I believe a class act and a credit to all you Aussie bowyers... keep up the great work...! :biggrin:

Cheers Guy... :biggrin:

The broadhead used, regardless of how sharp, is no where as important as being able to place it in the correct spot....!

ah yeh anyway... i noticed lots of imperfections that may hinder the safety factor of the bow :confused: , i think your best bet would be to discard of it asap before someone gets hurt. ill do you a favor and dipose of it properly if you just post it to me :wink:
