Just pulled the camp oven out and to my dismay found it wet and rusty, sheds been leaking! So any tips on the best way to get it back to how it should be? Rub rust off and re-oil and bake?

Have a look at this thread Len - http://www.ozbow.net/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=14189 Go down near the bottom and you will see I answered a similar question from Wal.

If the oven isn't badly rusted you can also put it in a barbecue, preferably one with a lid, or a fire and heat it up to burn the rust off. Give it a good clean with a wire brush and then a good wash. Once clean give it a good oiling and then season it.

Can't beat a good camp oven feed.

Yeah would love to try hunting/eating goats one day , I hear its like a less fatty lamb? Funny I prob take deer hunting for granted and am jealous of those who live near goats but guess they probably are jealous of me hunting deer heaps.
