no... not herefords.
but property owners up here loose a lot to people who seem to want them more than they do. and plenty of branded cattle are found on the side of the road in pieces too. a property up here lost 18 branded cattle on their property last year. all along roads.
one thing i will say, is that unlike white people who usually only take the hinds, aboriginals rarely leave anything much behind. the do not waste the meat.
not all property owners want feral scrubers shot either. some still muster them each year, keeping them yarded seperate to the rest of the herd (as the scrubbers kill herd bulls when yarded) and sell them off.
