Les Hand RIP

General discussions. Politics, scuttlebutt, whatever: you're getting married, changing jobs, got a gripe or a compliment, dying to get out with the bow etc.....

Les Hand RIP

#1 Post by Scrub Bull » Thu May 13, 2010 7:59 pm

For those that knew Les Hand, I have be told that he went to the big hunting place in the sky this afternoon.
I have shot with him many times and will miss him. In fact I was shooting with him just 10 days ago and he was still keeping every one on their toes.
Archery is a simple game, it's the mind that over complicates it.

Sorry to hear about Les.
Lewis and I have shot with him and his wife at a few comps. He was always helpful and friendly.

I'd only ever said 1/2 doz sentences to Les but alway wanted to get over and have a better chinwag. My lose.

He was well known and well thought of. Our lose.

To his family I am deeply sorry for their lose.

Let the next arrow we loose be for Les.
