I've had good results with Magnus two blade glue on broadheads. I do heaps of rabbit and fox hunting, hence my hunting arrows get lots of use, unfortunately most times I end up pulling them from the dirt after a miss. I find the Magnus heads to be very strongly constructed and capable of taking lots of abuse while maintaining their effectiveness. They seem to outlast most other broadheads that I've tried.

There is no use focusing on aiming if you don't execute the shot well enough to hit what your are aiming at.
