My wife says it's my Obsession.
Either way I'm happy.

Good one Erron.. Oetzi's tatts are ALL over his body too.. but mostly seem to be associated with his joints... I have seen some speculation that they may have been for medical/healing purposes as his tatts seem to congregate near his arthritis.

mine is my (current: as at 31/5/05) avatar. I'll try and load up a pic from home so it doesn't change when I swap avatars.
I like how the fur lining over Axe's chest and the tattoo looks like a sargasso seaweed bed, except the patch where "her" name is.... nothing grew back over that!
sssshhhh.... they are watching

Don't mind it look'n like seeweed, long as the sea lice ain't hid'n in there
The reason "her" name remains barren is due to constant adoration of "her" & regular use of the razor

Thats a nice touch Axe.
I've known a couple of people with similar tributes to other folk.... a couple had graveyard scenes where the tombstones bore the names of friends who had passed on....
One of my next tatts will be to match the tattoo my wife has ~ the Hungarian Royal Seal. THe image is a christian type cross with a crown over the top part. Mine will be smaller and solid whereas hers is an outline and the vertical and horizontal parts feature folk art from each of her mother and father's local areas back in the old country.
My Chinese/tribal style Phoenix is a sort of "born again" thing.... the sun that its beak is in is the centre of a Eureka Stockade star arrangement, and the left most star is the centre of a southern cross that sits on my shoulder... the right one is in the heart of the phoenix. If anyone asks if I have a tatt I just show the southern cross.
