Has anyone had any dealings with Traditional archery supplies Australia? There website appears current

Placed and paid for an order of fletcher so 5 weeks ago and haven't heard anything apart from the confirmation email.

They only have an email address listed which I've tried without getting a reply.

It always a concern when a companies way of communication is solely by email and has no address or phone number. Purchaser be a aware. I hope they come through with the goods for ya.

Just an update.

I spoke with Stuart this evening after he sent me his number via a pm. He was very apologetic that my order hadn't arrived and has been having issuEs with Australia post. He packaged up a new order for me as we were on the phone and he threw in a few extra bits and pieces and will be posting it as a parcel with tracking.

Stuart has gone above and beyond and I would highly recommend you check out his website.

Yeah I was very impressed with Stuart approach to the issue and the personal interest that he took.

Having spoken to him I can appreciate why he doesn't have a phone number on the website. I will be placing another order very soon.
