A Brief History of Sewing Threads

#1 Post by greybeard » Mon Jan 01, 2018 3:58 pm

At some stage in our life most would have had the need to join fabrics, leather etc. together by sewing.

I found the following interesting reading, liked the art work and I was amazed by the number of workers employed in the industry during its earlier days.

There are some other interesting stories on this site.

For a good bow twice paid for, is better than an ill bow once broken.
