Heavy poundage left handed 'curves.

General discussions. Politics, scuttlebutt, whatever: you're getting married, changing jobs, got a gripe or a compliment, dying to get out with the bow etc.....

Heavy poundage left handed 'curves.

#1 Post by bigbob » Thu Jun 09, 2016 5:10 pm

Would there be any interest in some heavy 70# - 80# Damon Howatt 'curves. These bows have never been used but have been strung for some time. I tried the 70# and it still was all there !!!They would be available at a very reasonable price so if interested contact me ASAP by PM.no gaurantees but Ithink these bows are still shooters, with no evidence of limb twist or de laminating.

Few photos here of some recurves I've volunteered to sell if possible on behalf of some one., all great Damon Howatt bows.First shot shows from left DH Triumph at 55#, next is another at 40#, third is Ventura model at 50# and last is 39 # triumph, all as new unused. Second shot is &0# used Ventura with slight limb twist, next 80# Ventura [SOLD]and then 81# Ventura all Right hand and 66 Amo, Last shot is 70# Hunter, [pristine] next is another 70# hunter and lastly is 80# Ventura also pristine and all left hand. With the exception of one 70# Ventura all these bows are unused. strings would probably need to be replaced as they have been sitting in storage for along time.Any offers for one or all send me a Pm and I'l pass it on. Postage would need to be considered too. They are advertised elsewhere as well.

Only bows now available are the 'blond' ones, all left handed classic Damon Howatt target bows . these are bows from a revered maker and would make someone a great target bow, fast and forgiving. One is 39#, next is 40# and last is 55#. Any reasonable offer considered. They are all unused but may have very minor marks form sitting in storage for years.Pm for more details.
