Little Weekend Fun

Little Weekend Fun

#1 Post by Bent Stick » Wed Dec 10, 2014 2:54 pm

A few adventurers having a very good weekend The Rain stopped and the Cicadas were deafening.
We probably averaged 4 busted up or lost arrows each, wasn't a bad way to spend a Sunday morning at all.

Thanks to Mark and Moiyra from Tradbits who not only assisted in providing half the targets but mark set up an evil range; definately with arrow mayhem in mind.

Side splitting fun had by all, no scoring here thank you lol

Who's Moiyra, me thinks you mean Maura. I don't know these Hillbillies from Cooran.

I think I lost 5 and one busted arrow and one missing glove, not my best weekend, but it was fun, and thats all that counts.
Archery is a simple game, it's the mind that over complicates it.

It sure looks like lots of fun. 8)
There is no use focusing on aiming if you don't execute the shot well enough to hit what your are aiming at.

my ears are still ringin'. It was a hoot, much jocularity and not a score card in sight.
Many thanks to Richard as well, and also Danny for aiding in setup.
The "course" was brilliant, one big group of archers, just shooting from a target to the next target. A sacrifice to the archery gods from time to time is acceptable in the scheme of things.
Until next we meet.

cheers
