Best wishes again to you and Heather. I know it will be a long road but it all starts with the first step. Thought the washing bit was hilarious!

Roadie, I hope Toowoomba is treating you well. If you need any help with going to do 'Lady' shopping etc please PM me. My Mum lives in Pittsworth and comes into Toowoomba 5 days week. I am sure I could get her to give you a hand. Anything at all, I have family up that way and I am sure we could rustle up some support!

Morning All, In hospital with Heather, she is looking good, and some good news is there is talk of sending Heather back to Mildura Hospital about Tuesday at our expence next week. So we keep our fingers crossed. Heather has seen All the post sent by you All, and says Thanks. Cheers Roadie.

Woooo, hope you have VA or something, that can be very expensive mate. Surprisingly, ambulances have very stiff suspension. I made a recent trip of just 80 km in one (a proper ambulance) 2 weeks after major abdominal surgery and bounced and shook all the way in real agony on every minor bump in the road. Despite painkillers, it was close to screaming time and I am not a wimp with pain. Seriously, I don't want to be a downer but do check into that as it can put healing back a fair bit.

Good luck to you both.

Enjoyed the weekend with Roadie. Took my swag out to the club and after the shoot on Sunday Roadie popped up to the hospital to see Heather. When he got back we had a few ales, red wines, ports and finished the night with a malt whiskey.

Evening Folks, All is great, Tomorrow am hoping to take Heather out for a Tour of Toowomba landscape with permission from the Dr. The physio's are happy with her progress and with a bit of luck we will be able to head home soon.
Some good news for me the RACV have advised me that through Aussie Assist they will transport the Ute & Caravan home to Mildura, which leaves me free to travel with Heather, when the time comes to take her home.
The last 2 weeks have been quite stressfull for US both, BUT I cannot express our Thanks Enough to everyone who have sent us emails, phone calls and Sms wishing Us Well.
Heather (Bride) THANKS you All. Cheers Roadie & Heather

That's great news on the RACV front I was hoping something like that would kick in for you. Also glad to hear Heather is keeping the physio happy and you may get her out for awhile tomorrow. All the positive energy of this community is certainly being sent your way.
Looking forward to your next update take care.
