Just got back from the Maitland dawn service 5 minutes before a storm hit.
There was a big crowd there too. Good to see.

Just got back from dawn service and bacon and eggs and rum still don't mix after all these years you would think one would wake up. Cheers my friends I always remember them.

In my view, ANZAC Day is the most important day on the Australian calendar. A time to reflect on all those brave servicemen and women who have given their lives and to those who continue to serve so that we can sleep easier.
