Hello all

#1 Post by Waynej » Mon Apr 21, 2014 10:56 pm

G'day all, I offered my eldest $50 to sell his ps3 on top of what he made from the sale. After 3 days he sold it. He bought a bear recurve? Being a rifle shooter I was unsure. After a few shot's I'm hooked.

So I'm after a LH recurve/longbow. For hunting and off a horse. Been looking at the predator huntsman, bear grizzly viper deluxe etc etc. Any thoughts so many :surprised: ?? Needing a bow to take a 30" draw.

Glad to support any locals who build there own.

Cheers Herb

Welcome Wayne, Glad you have been bitten by the Trad bug. There is a nice LH recurve in the trade blanket at the moment that would accommodate your long draw. However it is a top of the line Blacktail from memory. Cheers Steve

Welcome to Ozbow Herb.
I would suggest one of mine but being your first bow perhaps a cheaper (maybe second hand) one is more in order until you really work out what you want.

Don't mind the guys calling you Wayne,,,, your profile name is a bit misleading  .

Thanks for the welcome.

Hey Rob, your bows were in my top 3 Aussie bowyers. I plan a a custom a bit later on.

Thanks again everyone.
