ebay knives

hi all , has anyone bought any of those chinese knives that have flooded the hunting section on ebay I was just wondering what quality the steel in them is like , I bought an indian one some time back it wouldn't hold an edge,i think it was mild steel lol,gazza.
The older i get the better i was

have heard nothing but bad reviews about them on the knife forums, couldn't say from experience as I like mine. :biggrin:

The ones I have seen definitely have steel quality \ tempering issues.
Quite soft with the edge rolling.
I'd avoid.
Common sense; so rare it should be considered a superpower.

Mate I have a chines knife supposedly stainless but it rusted up pretty quick and would not hold an edge.
