Who has seen Catherine Zeta Jones singing/dancing the Pat Benatar number "Hit Me With Your Best Shot" in the Musical Rock Of Ages.That lady has genuine projection WOW :biggrin: . What you think.

Hi Rod....Maybe the movie to a lot of people I guess may have been a bit hokey....but this gal was a standout.She was not dubbed and hell she sounded just like Pat Benatar. I must admit even Cruises character Stacee Jaxx was brilliant (IMHO).
Cruise's" Wanted Dead or Alive" must have made Bon Jovi take a second look.

My Wife and I have just watched a couple of Clips from Rock of Ages on Youtube and we enjoyed Catherine Zeta Jones, Tom Cruise and the Others. If the DVD is available cheap enough the Mrs will buy it today when she goes Shopping, really looks like it's an entertaining Movie.

Catherine Zeta Jones is one of Todays most entrancing Actress's, gets my attention every time I see Her.

I quite like a lot of the Movies I've seen Tom Cruise in.

Sorry mate, but I could watch a real life film of Tom Cruise rescuing blind orphans from a burning building, then robbing Rupert Murdoch and giving away both thier fortunes to homeless families...and I STILL couldn't stand him!
My spidey sense detects an obnoxious tool in him and so his presence ruins any movie for me.

Loved CZJ in "Darling Buds of May" though..."Perfik!" :wink: :smile:

Ha ha ha ....good breakdown on Cruise Nephew but mate we all know its all real "tool" or not.
Got to agree Mariette was great.
David Janson got so many laughs from him in "Open all hours" comedy genius along with Ronnie Barker.
