G'day Fellows,

Thank you for the kind words! It is such an awesome experience for Simone and I! I have a new-found respect for all you parents out there - legendary effort! Nappies (so far) are easy when it's for someone you love (Tony tells me they will get worse, though). His name is Yonatan Klaas Kleinig (first name after the man who led the Entebbe Raid; second name after my late Opa) - Yoni for short, or Zippy (YKK). He likes being carried around like a leopard sleeping on a branch. We walk around the garden at the hospital, and discuss the possibility of a buffalo hiding behind the hedge or a palm tree. He still has lots of learning to do about ants and paperbark and flowers and colours and ibises and left / right and mudlarks and grasshoppers and possum sign. I think he ignores most of my lessons. He doesn't know the alphabet or times-tables. I can't wait to (down the track) organise his first longbow, air-rifle and .22; then there will need to be a pig-capable small calibre rifle before he can move onto the bigger calibres. Dave and I are planning some wet season stump shooting next week with the little chappy. Dave wants to influence the boy toward Black Widows, and whilst I actually like Black Widows, I want to sway him more to Howard Hill longbows.

Cheers,

Ben

Congratulations to Ben and the family.

Another little man to add to the Kleinig Clan.

No doubt he will bow hunt Hill bows just like his Old Man

Ben,

Congratulations to you and your new family.... 8)

Is your boy a lefty or a righty...????

My young bloke is looking like being a lefty.....! which means I will be unable to pass on my bows to him....

Cheers Guy....
The broadhead used, regardless of how sharp, is no where as important as being able to place it in the correct spot....!

Thanks, fellows. Guy, he just waves both hands around. All he seems to use properly is his mouth and what is in his nappy!
