I think you guys would be rolling on the floor watching the Lifestyle Food Channel right now
Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall is taking a bunch of squeamish city folk who can't cook, and presented them with a brace of gutted bunnies. TOO funny watching them trying to skin them without actually touching them with their hands.
"So we're just taking the coat off?" says one girl. Hehehehehe.
I was hoping to get a decent recipe out of it, but needless to say, the non-cooks didn't make a very good go of it! So I had to go hunting for Hugh's own rabbit stew recipe. I'm hoping to use this on one of our resident bunnies at some stage

Actually these sound really good too...

Rabbit fettucine

Rabbit and wild garlic risotto (oh yum!!)

Please add your own favourite rabbit recipes - from the simplest to the most extravagant - because we have a lot of rabbits here that need shooting and eating!
