Hey Buford!

I have a good chilli recipe at home... Not sure how you'd cool it down tho - last time I made it my wife's appendix bloated and we barely got her to hospital in time! LOL! Hot stuff.

It's all in the chillies mate...first get rid of the seeds...even a mild pod will kill ya if it's got the seeds still in it....then wash the chilli pod before mashing the bejaysus out of it...I use a mortar and pestle to mash 'em good...mix in garlic and salt and finally a good few glugs of olive oil....put it in a small bottle in the fridge and yer ready to go for a cooking session any time you like.
I'd love to have a battle of wits with you.....but you appear to be un-armed.....

Just as a little side note, which is the mortar half of the mortar and pestle?
