Hand forged O1 carbon steel, 4.5" blade, 3/16" thick...
Got me a croc skin to make a nice leather sheath out of too, all Ozzie made...
I will give this beauty a trial run on an upcoming hunting trip ~ hows that for confidence!

Mate that sure is a beautiful looking knife. I do prefer a drop point though. Love that stag handle also. It really suits the design.
In both photos I can see a a brownish coloured band in the middle of the brass thing? - can't think of the name at the moment of the brass stopping your hand slipping onto the blade. What metal is it?
Also beautiful work on presenting the photos. I will have to play more with photoshop and learn how to use it properly. Dennis is a patient teacher but he doesn't get up often or long enough.
