"Oakfield" Custom

#1 Post by Coach » Thu Dec 13, 2007 3:55 pm

Made this knife for my brother to give to one of the local millionaires that he works for . The fella owns the property "Oakfield" that grows Olives and produces award winning oils .
The handle was going to be from a Olive tree , but it lacked any character so the decision was to go with the Hairy Oak :)

Steel is high carbon 1055 , 4mm thick , approx. 7 &3/4 inches long .Mirror Finish . Just has to be taken to the Jewelers to have "Oakfield" engraved on it .
