Made this knife for my brother to give to one of the local millionaires that he works for . The fella owns the property "Oakfield" that grows Olives and produces award winning oils .
The handle was going to be from a Olive tree , but it lacked any character so the decision was to go with the Hairy Oak
Steel is high carbon 1055 , 4mm thick , approx. 7 &3/4 inches long .Mirror Finish . Just has to be taken to the Jewelers to have "Oakfield" engraved on it .

Gee your knife making has really gone up in leaps and bounds, if you could make another like it i know it would partner another nice one ive got

although after looking at the one ive already got it appears quite similar so maybe not
are you still making up flemish strings ?
