Damascus

I've just secured this little gem :D

DAMASCUS DROP POINT HUNTER, 200 layers of random pattern damascus, 1075, 2 % nickle, full tang
Blade - 95 mm - 3 3/4 inches
Overall Length - 218mm - 8 1/2 inches
Top of blade file worked in a rope pattern.
Moose horn slabs,with black fibre liners and Boree timber pommel with brass lanyard sleeve

Very nice indeed mate. I love the overall shape, as well as the antler handles. The damascus blade is spectacular too.

The only thing I'd change would be the finger grooves in the handle. Personally, I'd prefer not to have them. Other than that, I would have to rate your knife as being almost ideal in every respect. 8)

It would have cost you a pretty penny, I bet.

The blade blank comes from Maine in the USA, the knife is then completed by Darren Parker of QLD
