Wow, are those pattern welded heads? Have you heat treated and hardened them?
Very nice, how long did each one take to make? I'm guessing you made the billet then cut them into pieces and shaped from there rather than making them individually?

they are made from knife blanks, hardened to about 58-59 HRC
Damascus heads - about a day for all + next day hardening and some finishing, "knapped" head -about 2 days, this "knapped" look is very time consuming and nervous - one mistake when you grind it and you can start another one
