#1 Post by UPTHETOP » Sun May 03, 2015 10:01 am

Well shopped around a little and brought a blank from Knife Blanks Australia and proceeded to do battle with the handle and the like.

Specs- Hammered Camp Skinner Full Tang
440c Steel Hardened to RC 58
4.1mm Thick Full length 10''

Timbers were inside Osage and outer Conkerberry, Leather wrist wrap with antler button.

That's a beautiful lil knife there Wayno!

That edge is lookin mighty sharp and the grip looks a treat. Like the old adage says, less is more
How'd you get that rough dimpled look? It's the icing on the cake and I reakon the knife would look quite mundane with out it. Top job

Cmoore cant take the credit for the Hammered dimpled look at was already on the blank when I brought it. It was one of the reasons though why I brought that style. Guess I will have to look at a sheath for it now.

Finished the new sheath for the misses, but just have to figure out what type of clip to put on it now.
