Gday all, just thought I would start a thread for just my knives, I have finished the sheaths for the skinners, they came out quite nice, built simple and robust, and the knives stay in well too. I also finished a bowie recently for a mates upcoming birthday next month.
Cheers Sean.

Thanks Zega, it was put there more for looks than anything, but you can slide your thumb up into it for extra blade control and it feels quite comfortable used like that also.
Cheers Sean.

Gday all, I have some 4" drop points I am working on at the moment, the handle on these are all going to be Aussie timbers, and another 3 skinners to come in Aussie timber too. No sheath as yet but I just had to share it, I really like this one so it will be joining me on out on a few hunts soon to come,
Thanks for looking, Cheers Sean.

The timber is Birdseye Aussie red gum, a new favourite of mine.
Blade is 5mm 1084 carbon steel, with tapered full tang.
More photos to come when the sheath is finished.

Gday all, Finished one for a forum member and another for a member of another forum I frequent, as I have left him in suspense long enough, here's a peak.
One is birdseye redgum and the other is sambar antler. Thanks for looking Sean.

Exactly the reason we prefer that photos are uploaded directly to the site.

You just have to resize the the photos to say 800 x 600 pixels and under 200kb and they will upload no problems at all. If you have a Windows computer I'm there is a program that comes with it that will allow you to resize them easily enough.
