Handcrafted knives like these have a fantastic visual appeal - beautiful work Sean! I love the simple, functional appearance of the walnut one.

Re: Old Billy Blades
Thanks Zega, it was put there more for looks than anything, but you can slide your thumb up into it for extra blade control and it feels quite comfortable used like that also.
Cheers Sean.

Re: Old Billy Blades
Gday all, I have some 4" drop points I am working on at the moment, the handle on these are all going to be Aussie timbers, and another 3 skinners to come in Aussie timber too. No sheath as yet but I just had to share it, I really like this one so it will be joining me on out on a few hunts soon to come,
Thanks for looking, Cheers Sean.
The timber is Birdseye Aussie red gum, a new favourite of mine.
Blade is 5mm 1084 carbon steel, with tapered full tang.
More photos to come when the sheath is finished.

Gday all, Finished one for a forum member and another for a member of another forum I frequent, as I have left him in suspense long enough, here's a peak.
One is birdseye redgum and the other is sambar antler. Thanks for looking Sean.

Exactly the reason we prefer that photos are uploaded directly to the site.Goatchaser wrote:all fixed. myst have deleted it from photobucket when messing around the other night.

Re: Old Billy Blades
You just have to resize the the photos to say 800 x 600 pixels and under 200kb and they will upload no problems at all. If you have a Windows computer I'm there is a program that comes with it that will allow you to resize them easily enough.Goatchaser wrote: I tried that, the only way I could get pics to upload on here was through my photobucket account, facebook etc will accept from my computer though.
