Hunting Moose

Got a joke too good to keep to yourself? This is where to put it. While all the other Campfires are expected to be reasonably 'serious' in nature, this is where we let our hair down.

This actually happened with some guys from Maine.
They tied a dummy dressed like a hunter spread eagle on the roof of the truck.
The guys put on beer drinking Moose Heads.
They drove down the Maine Toll interstate.
They caused about 16 accidents.
They went to jail.

That is a hoot. sad to hear about so many accidents though.
What did they go to jail for? driving drink drivers? Moosing violations? Moosenapping / taking minors over the county line? Without knowing the details wouldn't the other drivers have been resposible for their own actions?

Makes you wonder about the culpability of a decent looking lady pedestria or two in high summer in the city.

Loitering with intent to impersonate a moose
Being a loud moose in a built up area
Intoxicated in charge of a moosehead.

The possibilities are endless

the moose in the front seat is in the drivers side so shouldn't it have been arrested?

be hard to breathalyse, let along make walk a sobriety test.

do you think these good ol' boys might have been wearing alcohol fogged glasses?

Bet Big Bubba their new cell mate thought it was funny too.
