Top 10 reasons why men prefer bows over women

Got a joke too good to keep to yourself? This is where to put it. While all the other Campfires are expected to be reasonably 'serious' in nature, this is where we let our hair down.

Top 10 reasons why men prefer bows over women

#1 Post by rodlonq » Wed Jul 27, 2011 12:05 pm

10. You can trade an old 70# bow for a new 50# bow

9. You can keep one bow at home and have another for when you're on the road

8. If you admire your friend's bow and tell him so, he will probably let you try it out a few times

7. Your primary bow doesn't mind if you keep another bow for a backup

6. Your bow will stay with you even if you run out of arras

5. Your bow doesn't take up a lot of closet space

4. Bows function normally every day of the month

3. A bow doesn't ask “Do these new limbskins make me look fat?"

2. A bow doesn't mind if you go to sleep after you use it

AND THE NUMBER ONE REASON WHY MEN PREFER BOWS OVER WOMEN

1. You can buy silencers for bows

Great list.

Maybe we could add some more good reasons.

I read this out-loud, and my Fair One said: "You're so mean!"
It's the great, big, broad land 'way up yonder,
It's the forests where silence has lease;
It's the beauty that thrills me with wonder,
It's the stillness that fills me with peace.

But they do work better if you warm them up, keep them cool, dry but you have to uncover them for the fun to start. They are also tightly strung.

Not sorry.
