Can't view updated page

When I log on to ozbow I can't post or reply to mail. Everything is stuck on the 9 of Oct. If I've been naughty and am locked out please let me know.
I've sold a bow and would like to let people know.

At a wild guess your browser is not refreshing.
I just had a look and you are still there and you are not on the banned list.
If you are a Explorer user try F5 and it should do a reload
If firefox Ctrl + r to get a reload.
In either case you need to have your viewer setup so that it does not run off just the Cache.

Also possibly worth checking the time and clock on your PC. I've seen server and website times mess with posts, but this one looks ok, so possibly your local settings may be askew.
