G'day All,
Jude and I will be hopping on our bike shortly and heading off for a perhaps a week. If you have any problems or concerns during this time please contact Dennis La Varenne. I may have internet access at times but we will see.

I've ridden in the winter because of necessity... never on purpose (that's what the Good King made classic muscle cars for!).

Thanks for your best wishes fellas, appreciated. We got back this afternoon and had a safe and enjoyable time. We didn't do a lot of riding (1,400kms) as we stayed with family at Yeppoon for quite a few days.
To say the least it was rather chilly (COLD) the fisrt day - the thermals stayed on ALL day.
We didn't take many photos of interest but there are a few snap shots that may interest you CM, and others. I will try and get some time over the weekend to sort them out.

good stuff,
nothing like a safe road trip mate, my sister and brother - in - law rode their Harleys up throough the center to Ayrs Rock and Darwin, now that was a road trip...
not as good as the "Wild Hogs" road trip but... hehehehe
