How do you put something in quotes?
The easiest way is to highlight the text and press the quote button:

For quote its start with quote- the opening and finishes with /quote- the closing. The / indicates the finish.
And if you want the quote to show who said it well just follow quote by ="name" eg.Bit hard to show but I can do it in an image
