Email & PM notification problems

#1 Post by Stickbow Hunter » Mon Feb 13, 2006 8:42 am

G'day All,

There seems to be a glitch in our system which is stopping emails being sent via this board. This means you can't email others and you won't get a notification that you have a PM waiting.

This also means that new registraions won't be sent their activation code. I will try and manually activate new registrations as they come in.

Sorry for the inconvenience but we hope that it will be fixed within 24 hrs.

Thanks for your patience.

Jeff

PS 3.15pm on 14th - Still having problems so please bear with us.

G'day Jeff,

Great site, I've been out of it for a while and only heard about Ozbow a couple of days ago, good to see so many familiar and new names in one place.

I registered last night, everything was fast and smooth. (sounds like an add for a Stick Bow ;~))

Keith
Whether you think that you can or that you can't, you are usually correct.

G'day Keith,

I saw your registration and thought I know who that is. :D

Glad you were able to register no probs. There was some sort of a glitch in the system.

Stickbows - not too many of those being made now days.

Great to have you one here mate. Yep there a few people on here that you know for sure! We look forward to your input.

Jeff

Hi Stickbow Hunter,
A new member, "Frolics with foxes"
has not been able to activate his membership. :?:
He hasn't been sent an activation e-mail,
so is unable to log in.
Could you check it out for me, please?
Thanks,
shorty :D

Shorty,

Activated now. Sorry about that, as it must have been one I missed while we were having problems.
