Problems Upgrading the Site

Sorry for the error codes at the top of the page from time to time today, I'm trying to upgrade the software to the latest hacker-free versions, and am having mixed luck. Hope to have it all okay by Friday. It makes no real difference, and you can still post etc. it just looks crappy at the time.
