Many thanks again, to Dennis La Varenne, this time for his article on an Arrow Dowell Cutter. I believe this artilce, like the Velocity Meter one, is also based on the original design by by Lieut. Cdr. W. F. Paterson, from his book, BOWMAN’S HANDBOOK, Technical Notes and Gadgets for the Practical Archer.
