I might be wrong(often am) and be seeing things but it looks to me like the arrows are flying a fair bit stiff in the last few shots and they are carbons by the look of it.In my experience this can make the bows a bit noisier unless the arrow are nice and heavy as you hear the arrow slap the riser. ...

Thanks guys yes it is hairy oak to match the timber in the bow.It is hand forged from a piece of steel from an old saw mill blade and takes a very nice edge.I have not used this wood before as I have been a bit suss on it after a bit dried out in the shed and started to crack along the darker lines ...

Some may know of a bow I donated to the old tbga site some years ago to be shared around the members so they could try a trad bow and write a bit of a story about the adventures.It went well for a while but ground to a bit of a holt and the bow has been sitting here in a box awaiting the next conten...

The docket for the book,yours came with my book I guess mine is with your book but I dont need it.
If you are trying to keep it a suprise that you are doing the arrows for me it is ok I will ACT suprised when you give them to me.

If I dont have to make them mate any colour is great but I dont like my chances.
I have since looked into planting some arrow bamboo at home here for future stock to go with the osage seeds I have.

Thats good Rod now just make up the whole 100 shafts and give me my half at the next shoot.Any colour feathers will be fine.
