I snapped 8 out of 12 freshly made arrows once. they were in a quiver in the back of my old VS dunnydore ute and on the way to a shoot, the bloody gas bottle fell on them!! :evil: .

On the other hand, I didn't loose any of the last 4 over the whole weekend. :D Still lost though :?

Just like Mick, until now I have had no prior knowledge of the origins or history of these shoots, but now thanks to Jeff's post I do. The one thought that keeps going through my head though is what the organizers of the Gladstone shoot might think at the prospect of their event changing in this way...

Yeah Jeffro, still got it.
It doesn't stack for me but I only draw about 27 inches. I'm guessing that being a short length bow, if you had a draw of 30+ there's a fair chance of stacking. But unless i'm miss informed, thats the nature of drawing a short bow that far, yes?
