If you want a true composite Asian bow then be prepared to pay and wait or build your own. Lukas Novotny (Saluki Bows http://www.salukibow.com/)makes true composites.
Caveat - Horn/Wood/Sinew bows have their special requirement. Before purchasing it may be wise to understand them.

TAA is not an organising body.
It does not organise any events.
It has no mandate to specfy what equipment will be shot or what divisions are shot.
To the best of my knowledge there are no events that are shot to TAA Rules.

Morning. I still prefer using a PC over a Mac. I use Premiere - lots of experience/time wasted. Slideshows are easy-ish to do and adding in video is relatively easy.
