Pretty much a $1000 off, awesome.

I wouldn't think it was deer mate, but some more scouting in the area might reveal different.

Looks a bit light on to be a serious rub tree mate, and very low to the ground as far as rubs go. Wombats and kangaroos will sometimes scratch at trees and goats could do the same marks.

Hope that helps, maybe have a good scout for prints around the base next trip.

Personally I wouldn't worry too much, most of my bows look like that after a few hunts. Just means Im getting good use out of them

Hey Steve, a lot of archers have walked away with that same experience from Manuel, I got so sick of him give me dozens of fletched and crested arrows for nothing that now I'll only take them if we trade.
