Re: GYMPIE TRADITIONAL SHOOT PHOTOS

Awesome photo's. I had a great time at the shoot. Will be back next year for sure. Glad to be out of the service and living back in Gympie. Just need to finish my self bow that I've been dragging all over the place for the last ten years.

Cheers

Re: Queensland Floods

Hi Trish, Thank you for your support. As a former member of the club, I would like to thank all of you for your support. My town of Gympie was greatly affected by the flood water and we were stranded for three days. It been over a week since I was at work. The flood water is still over our road out ...

Re: It made my blood boil!!!

Jeff, I think I might know how you feel. While serving in the Air Force (Police) I was not able to assist with a serious traffic accident outside our base (100m from the main entry gate to the base) due to the Base Commander informing me of our base responsibilities. Shame. :x Well here in Gympie it...

Happy Birthday, Jeff.

Celebrated mine this month as well. Dusted off a bottle of whiskey. Still made it to work the next day. (Just)

Re: A Couple from Gympie

Thanks for the Kind words.

Jeff, I'm using a Nikon D300 with an 18-135 Nikkor lens. It's not a pro lens but I'm very happy with it. Out of the service and back home in Gympie. I plan to come up and say hi next time I'm in town.

Very nice photo's Jeff. I spent all my school years in Gympie. Manage to get back up once a year to see the family. I can't wait to get back up that way again. Go the Canon AE1

Thanks Jeff and Adam for the kind words. As with Traditional Archery I only use Traditional 35mm gear.

I have an old Nikon F4s with a couple of fast zoom lenses. I only shoot with slide film usually Velvia or Provia and have some low res scans made up for posting.

G'day Coach, to answer your question mate, yes I did travel to Malaysia, in fact I lived there for 3 years. Yes, the images are all mine. The link you provided are just some of my images that the stock library manage for me.

Hope that clears up any doubt that you may have about my happy snaps.
