Mick,
The smell of the campfire/ smouldering embers early in the morning, then it changing to the perfume of bacon and eggs cooking for breakfast.

The sent/ smell of my wife's hair (on her head).

The smell of a cork from a bottle of Wild Turkey.

Ahh! the simple things in life.
