Bow purchased. I had 1 reply to my ad and bought that bow. Picked up a really good bow at a good price.

Finally in a position to buy a new bow but I could have to wait up to 10 months. Can't wait that long. I'm after a one piece or takedown recurve 62 inch around 60 pounds or a 3 piece takedown longbow. I have about $1000 to spend.

Honestly I'll probably never use it to find out but the 60rc file skates along it without hardly leaving a mark.

Far from perfect but I like it. It does have a good heat treat though.

G'day mate. It does look like red iron bark. If it is it, and i'm pretty sure it is, it will make a fine selfbow.
